Carved from the heart of the USDA Prime rib roast, the ribeye is richly marbled producing outstanding flavor as the fat melts as the steak cooks. Each succulent bite will remind you of how truly unique these steaks are.
The Filet is, by far, the most tender and rarest of all cuts of beef. Each of our USDA Prime Filets is meticulously trimmed of all exterior fat and expertly hand cut from the heart of the tenderloin where the ribbons of rich marbling produce an intense, buttery flavor.
Your gift package will be sent in a beautiful gift box lined with a foam bottom, insulated dry-ice, then a die-cut foam arrangement to safely nestle the steaks. We have added a tub of Churchill’s Steak Finishing Butter and a bottle of our Churchill’s Steak Seasoning to your gift. We then add a top layer of foam to protect the contents. With The lid in place, the Gift Box is tied with ribbon and your greeting card is added. The gift box is then surrounded with insulating Styrofoam and placed in a corrugated box for shipping.
The steaks are individually vacuum packed and cryogenically frozen. Upon arrival, they should be placed in the freezer or refrigerator. The steaks will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to two weeks after arrival or for up to six months if maintained frozen. To thaw, place the packaged steaks in the refrigerator for 3 days or, if needed sooner, place the packaged steaks on an inverted metal tray at room temperature for one hour then turn the steaks over and continue for another hour. Once thawed, and before cooking, the steaks should be generously coated with olive oil and left at room temperature for another 45 minutes to an hour.
